Learnt a lot about breathing and inhales also about exercise and breathing that I did not know before.
Suggested improvements
It would be nice if there was a meeting, stay every 2 months or so. It would be nice so that we do not feel so isolated.

It's nice to know that St.Peters hospice is linked into the health care IT system. It meant you were informed and I did not need to repeat myself.
